Do you think you are ready for VARSITY this coming spring? Or, are you just looking forward to getting your stick back in your hands, ready to work the rust of? We are bringing the heat this winter with the HS Lacrosse Academy. Each week, we will have a fast paced hour of work focused on all of the details that will have you ready for this spring. We will focus on footwork, speed and agility, stick work and positional skill training to advance your game. Work hard in the off season to show it off in-season!
